Profile
Surefire Capital Pty. Ltd. (A.C.N. 161 541 028, Australian Financial Services License No. 434990) operates secured investment funds open to wholesale investors. Each Surefire Fund gives you the opportunity to gain investment exposure to a single or small group of underlying secured, fixed-income assets. Because risk exposure is concentrated within each fund, you are able to easily assess the risk-return profile offered and decide which Surefire Funds are right for you.
Over 25 years’ experience in dealing with the commercial, financial and legal aspects of mortgages and property has given us an in-depth understanding of the complex issues which can affect the enforceability of security interests. This knowledge allows us to make an accurate assessment of the true value of the security, and hence, the real risk of any capital losses on loans granted. We employ this superior grasp of risk to target non-conforming loans which offer strong yields whilst still emphasising preservation of capital.
